“Little Susie! Wake Up!”

Ahh... High school life, what is not to love and hate about it. This is the time that you are testing your wings if you can learn to fly higher than a fly. Memories during this time are both bitter and sweet.

It was after lunch and we were heading back to our classrooms. When we arrived, some of our classmates told us that our teacher in computer will not be coming. So I said, "Great!" because I could steal some moments to sleep. I immediately went to my desk and bowed my head down and slept. I knew that I was asleep because at some point I could not hear my classmates anymore.

Then, I felt somebody shaking my desk and heard someone saying in a low voice, "Wake up, Wake up", then in a very sleepy voice I answered, "What's wrong with you? Can't you see I'm sleeping?" Then I heard a very angry voice that said, "Well, I'm sorry did I wake you up?" I raised my head and was about to answer back when I saw who I was talking to, it was our teacher! I guess he was in a bad mood because after second or two he said, "Get out of my class!" I was surprised and before I could stop myself I said, "Fine!" I was so afraid at what I did and my teacher was too stunned, so I just immediately walked out of the class.

For the whole week, my friends were calling me, "Little Susie! Wake Up!"
