Our Island in the Sun

This is a recent memory. In July of this year my wife, kids and I spent a few weeks with my parents who live in Texas. While there, the kids loved watching a movie called Aquamarine with their Grandparents. One of the best scenes has the main character - a Mermaid with temporary human legs - dancing with the guy of her dreams to Weezer's "Island in the Sun".

The kids, especially our little girl, would dance and giggle like crazy to this song. We would all get up and join her dancing and jumping. When the scene ended, we'd rewind it on the DVD to play again and again. It's a happy family moment that was our own little Island in the Sun.
