I don’t watch rated R movies, but my brother gave me an edited version of Jerry Maguire so I watched that. And I loved it. I’d hear the song “Secret Garden” was in the movie, but I was expecting it to play more of a role. A couple of months after I watched the movie for the first time, my brother sent me a love songs CD. One of the songs was “Secret Garden,” the Jerry Maguire version. In the middle of the song are clips from the movie where she realizes that she is indeed in love with Jerry. So now every time I hear this song, I think of that CD of love songs I’ve got at home that has the better version of the song on it. The radio version sorely disappoints.
