The Man to Whom I Said “I Do”

I once heard these lines...I don’t remember where...”Dont stop looking for love...It can be found in the strangest places.” He was like a miracle that came along just when I had given up. Like I have mentioned in one of my memories before, my parents were hell bent on getting me married. They were worried with the sudden changes in my behavior. I was short tempered, sceptical and unsocial. They thought having a new reason to live will change my attitude towards life. Now I can say that parents know best...at least mine do. They introduced me to a guy when I wasn’t really upto it. But with time I found out that he was the one with whom I can peacefully spend the rest of my life. He decided in half a day of conversing with me that he wanted to get married to me. Till date we haven’t once regretted the decision which certain people thought was a hasty one.

When he reads this I want him to know that he’s “...already won me over inspite of me”! The song “Head Over Feet” is just the song that comes to my mind when I think of him and he is the only one who comes to my mind when I hear this song!
