End of a SummerLOCATION: Coach , Continental EuropeYEAR: 2007TAGS: switzerland, Holiday, snow, europe, summer, chaletPUBLISHED: July 15, 2008It was the end of 2 magical weeks spent in central Switzerland with my Guide group. During that time I had seen wonders such as colossal waterfalls, cheese farms in the snow and literally hundreds of chalets. I had also made the promise to do my duty to my home community as a Young Leader. So travelling back through summery Europe on our way home was a pretty emotional journey. This song stands out for me as the soundtrack to this journey as it was part of a playlist of around 10 songs on my ipod which were on repeat. The minute long instrumental near the end brings back memories of French fields, spraying machines and harvestors which the coach passed along the motorway. Snow-capped mountains (The Alps, I think), lakes and of course the wooden Chalets which were enhanced by the amazing bridge in this song.
