To begin with he is much older than her by about eight years. I have known of their affair since day one. They have been together for close to a year now and it seems the two are always constantly fighting even over the most petty things. I have always strongly disapproved of Thomas and I have advised Jenna to leave him on several occasions. I am not the only one as Trish her elder sister feels the same way too. I do appreciate that he is intelligent, creative, witty and slow to get angry. But overall, I did not like him- I have always felt like he was hiding something. Since I met him, Thomas has struck me as too good to be true. But hey Jenna is old enough to make her own choices even thought it turns out that Trish and I were right. Thomas had a deep dark secret he kept from Jenna all this time. It is only recently that the cat got let out from the bag. He denied ever being married but the truth Thomas happens to be divorced. He was married for roughly a year and it is only when his ex-wife who had relocated abroad returned unexpectedly that Jenna got to know the truth. Goodness why did he not just tell her the truth?. Thomas has been treating her like a darling always on time for appointments and paying attention to everything she says, in an attempt to let ‘bygones be bygones. Let’s hope his latest attempts to sing ‘Please Forgive Me’ on her birthday early next month works in his favour.
