There are many ways in which Timothy my current boyfriend and I connect. We make such a great couple, if I should so myself. We both share a keen interest in web development, Harry Potter Novels, rabbit rearing and leisurely walks on a Sunday afternoon.  But Tim and I connect best through music.

Before we started going out, Tim had been experience a rough period in his life.  Yes man do cry!. He had been involved with a girl who left him for an older married men because he was a ‘loafer’ and couldn’t measure up. Tim as a result had a low self esteem as his ego had been attacked. He was made to feel like he could not date woman of a high class. His previous girlfriend wanted to dine at all the elite hotels and to be spoilt in other ways.

I guess she really was in it for the money. When we hooked up the first few weeks Tim was rather shaky. It had taken him forever just to approach me for he felt he was out of my league. But he gathered the guts and in no time we were a couple. He saved his meagre earnings our first weeks together.

He would buy me expensive chocolates, perfumes and take me out for lunch nearly everyday. When I realised what a strain this put on his budget, I told him not to worry as I accepted  him just as he was. Although It took him some time to come to terms with this fact when he eventually did he took me out one last time and asked the dj to play Thank God I found You.
