PoemsLOCATION: Home, USAYEAR: 1971TAGS: lovePUBLISHED: February 7, 2008In that major move from the button down to the bell bottom, I simply recall "After the Gold Rush" as being part of the poetry of the times. I recall sitting in my bedroom with the door locked, doing a bit of homework, and listening to this album -on an 8 track tape. I even wrote down the words to many of the songs. And, I probably used a few of the lines with those early dates. And yes, only love can still break your heart.
