We threw an 80's dance party one night at the house and had a really good turn out. I remember about 80 people showed up to hang out and have fun being goofy dancing. It was one of my roommates birthdays, but for most of the people there, it was all about the dance party. We had a four bedroom house and a large living room with vaulted ceilings and kitchen was connected, so there was a huge dance floor for every one to dance. In one corner of the living room we had a stage set up with drums, guitars and large PA sound system, since some of us were musicians. The day before we gave all of our neighbors a heads up that we were having a party so we might be a bit noisy. At the party people were dancing everywhere not only on the pool table, but even on the kitchen counters. So now when I hear this song I think about how fun that night was and how we were dancing around the house like a bunch of goofy kids. It makes me think about the energy that was at this party and how college had such fun times.
