I do not remember discovering it much less music untill 1988. I started my musical appreciation with the start of my rebellious stage. I was 15 and a young punker. I do not even know if you could classify me as that. I know I was pretty pissed at society. I do not really associate this song with punk but well I just liked it alot. Seems a lot of the songs I liked back then and even to this day have a dark edge to them. Either sadness or some kind of mean meaning. Anyways asa memory I remember a trip in a van with several friends and playing and replaying this song over and over agaion untill we all got it in sync.
