rockin' on the beachLOCATION: beachhouse , Panama City BeachYEAR: 1985TAGS: summerPUBLISHED: May 24, 2008I remember when I was a kid, my sisters had a friend whose parents owned a beachhouse in Panama City, FL (before spring breakers ruined it.) Every summer, we would go down there for a couple of weeks and stay at this enormous house with very little parental supervision. We would maneuver the record player so we could prop the speakers up in the open windows. All night, the four of us would sit on the beach, listening to this album over and over, until almost dawn. No one ever complained or told us to turn it down. The best part was taking turn running upstairs to reposition the needle at the beginning of the record.
