After spending hours in the hairdresser, standing through the boring ceremony, getting all the pictures done, eating dinner (and standing on the chair during speeches) it was time to dance! My cousin Chris was my partner on the boys side and we are only a year apart in age. We took over the dance-floor and managed to recreate Saturday Night Fever in a fantastic way (we thought!). We partied so hard that night that Chris split his pants in a dance move and I ended up with my skirt over my head. Indicative of the years to come perhaps?
