I didn't know and I didn't care. So, my strict Catholic father and I am driving down the road and I make the mistake of saying how much I love Madonna's new song..."Like A Prayer", and I think I almost gave my father a stroke. What a miserable, long, car ride that turned out to be. He went on to tell me about how disgraceful the video was. That it was against God. That it was wrong. On, and on, and on, for about an hour. Making me feel like the devil for liking a freakin song. After that I lost interest in "Just Like A Prayer". My favorite Madonna song became, "Papa Don't Preach".
